Yeah. It's been a long, busy past few days.
Thursday my sister and I met up at G's house for dinner, then it was off to home.
Friday morning was another doctors appointment that took for-freakin-ever. After that, it was off to the mall for some shopping for my mom since it was her birthday. I took her to Round Robin for lunch and the waitress announced to the whole resturant (unprompted by me!!) that my mom was turning 21 again. ;) It was cute. We got a free sundae, which was quite good. After the mall, I met up with G's fam and we went to the viewing for most the evening. I stayed at their house that night so we could get up early Saturday.
Saturday was the funeral. I got to see G's church for the first time, though, and wow, Greek Orthodox is pretty! After we got back from that, G and I went to Columbia mall to get my mom a birthday present and to get ourselves dessert. I stayed at his house again that night.
Sunday G was going to come to church and then out for my mom's birthday with us, but instead he ended up taking relatives to the airport, so I went off to church by myself. Mom, Dad, Jes and I went to Grace's Fortune for a lunch buffet, then it was back home for gifts. They had to go to church to get ready for their play and G missed them by 5 minutes. He and I went to Giant for flowers and groceries, then grabbed him some dinner. He, Jes and I headed to church and watched Dad in "Crazy for You." We couldn't watch Mom because she was a stage hand and isn't seen. =P After the show, it was back to their house. Jes took her chinchilla and left and G and I hung around until almost midnight talking to my parents before we left. I got home about 12:40 and then it was off to bed.
Today has been WOAHCRAZYBUSY until just about now. The rest of my week should be pretty busy, too, so on the plus side, I won't be bored this week! I am still tired, though. *Sigh* so much for that day off giving me my much needed rest. That's coming up soon, though...
