What is going on??

Twice a day since Friday (I wasn't here on Sat. and Sun.) there has been a motorcade with these two trucks.

I am very intrigued as to what is going on with them.

It is probably trucks full of oxygen or something to keep Cheney propped up til the midterms are over. Or jsut some federal construction project.
