Somebody has a case of the Mondays

I've only been at work for an hour so far and I am alrady frustrated with it. I hate that feeling. Some of my groups are just driving me nuts. They all come on weekends and then want one-on-one interaction in soup kitchens, but there are TWO soup kitchens in all of DC that serve on weekends and they are booked up YEARS ahead of time. No joke. SO then the leaders get all mad at me because they didn't get in to a soup kitchen, never mind there are TONS Of other needs in our city. I just wish people would open their eyes to the big picture.
