Happy Wednesday!
Feb. 8th, 2006 10:35 amToday is going to be a good day!
Yesterday was a GREAT day!
First of all, I got a TON of people booked at work and we are very close to hiring our summer intern. Having an intern is very exciting for me, as it lets me go off an have fun this summer without having to stress super much about work. That is always a good thing!
Last night I had to go grocery shopping so G met me at Wheaton Plaza, which is halfway between our houses. We hung out in the mall for a while before heading to Gint to get me some fud. While we were talking about things, we realized that our first date had been exactly three years ago. =) That was enough to make a girl feel all mushy and shmoopy inside.
When I got home, Tania and Kym practically jumped me for the cookie dough I had promised them, and Tania made us cookies before bed time. That was fun!
I haven't been sleeping well lately...I've been waking up randomly in the middle of the night, even taking Nyquil, but I've been getting up earlier than normal and feel more awake than I have for the past few weeks. I think this might be a sign that I am FINALLY over the cold I got back at the end of January.
Today I am leaving work a little early to go to the post office and mail the last of my Christmas gifts (slacker what?) and some random stuff that people left here this weekend. Then it's off to the airport to pick up Mom from her trip to Copenhagen. Then volleyball, which is always a fun time. Plus I have a very low-key day at work, which is always nice.
