Some people just need to be smacked around

I know that my Little Sister is now a Big Girl (and almost a legal 21-year old Big Girl) but I still have this Big Sister instinct to just smack the crap out of anyone who makes her upset. I did this in high school and even recruited some large male friends of mine to go with me, shoudl the need arise.

As of yesterday, I have started a new list. Nobody f***s with my little sister.

1. beach:
   I heart the beach. It is one of my favorite places EVER and if I don't get to go to the beach at least once during the summer, I am very sad. Sunset walks on the beach are the BEST.
2. clive cussler:
   Most awesomest writer EVER. I even like his books better than Harry Potter. I think I own all of them, most in hardback. It's an obsession. Also, I think he was the first author that I read a "grown-up" book from.
3. hip-hop:
   Thanks to G's influence, I am now a hip-hop fan. I get weird looks when I drive around in my car listening to the ghetto stations.
4. murphy brown:
   I don't really remember watching this show when it was on, but Nick at Nite was playing it for a while and I got hooked.
5. peace lilies:
   G bought me a peace lily probably close to a year and a half ago and I still haven't killed it. Plus it's beautiful. I love lilies, so this was a perfect gift.
6. road rules:
   What can I say, I am addicted to trashy MTV shows.
7. sandra bullock:
   She is one of my favorite actresses. I think she might be my all-time favorite. She's so REAL. And she plays all these fun quirky women in her movies. I loved her in Speed and the Ya-Ya Sisterhood only reaffirmed how great I think she is.
8. sunshine:
   I seriously think I might have a mild case of Seasonal Affective Disorder. When the sun doesn't shine for days, I am not a happy camper. Plus I like warm better than cold, so the more sun, the more warmth!
9. the apprentice:
   I got hooked on the first season and I just arranged my Thursdays to set up an ongoing "date" with my roommate to watch it for the fourth season. No, I don't have a thing for The Donald, though.
10. university of maryland:
    GO TERPS!!! My alma mater, the place where I met some of my best friends, and where Steve Blake played. What's not to love?!?!?!
