is it friday yet???
Nov. 20th, 2003 11:19 amall i can say is it's a damn good thing that there are only 1 1/2 days left in this week. did you ever notice that you never feel really exhausted the day after you get no sleep, but 2 days after you're ready to pass out everytime you blink? i always find that interesting.
last night i hurt myself at volleyball. (i should probably add "again" since most of you are saying "um, hello, you ALWAYS hurt yourself at volleyball.) however, this time was a for real injury, not like an "i'm old and out of shape" type injury. i slipped on a leaf on the floor and landed on my elbows and wrists. ouchie. other than that, i had a lot of fun playing. i'm definitely going to sign up again in the spring, and i'm even thinking about maybe signing up for 2 nights a week...but we'll see. i learned that i definitely need to work on my trash talking, though. especially since my worst zinger last night was "oh yeah? well...SHUT UP." yeah, i'd terrify myself talkin trash like that. damn, that girl just said "oh yeah?" she must be one bad-ass dudette. clearly, this should be worked on. (i think i was extra bad this week because i spent last week at my parent's house, and not around chris, who ALWAYS gives me more than ample opportunity to practice my trash talking. thanks buddy. =P)
