Another great weekend!

neebsFriday I left work at 4 and headed over to G's house. I picked him up and then we were off to Arundel Mills to see Harry Potter. YAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!!! We met Christy at the Food Court and had dinner, then Jes met up with us and we headed to the theaters. We had tickets to the 8:30 movie but they said we couldn't get in line until 7:15 so we went to the candy store and loaded up on gummy goodness to sustain ourselves. We got in line at 7:15 and then talked about how we are going to make Christy's room into a Gryffindor dorm room for X-mas, and then we got into the theater.
WOW the movie was dang good!!! Jes, Christy and I were all sobbing at the end, but nobody expected any different. I also screamed out loud twice at two different points, which most people around us laughed about. After the movie, we drove Jes to her car, then G and I drove Christy home. I was too tired/lazy to drive back to Rockville, so I spent the night at G's house.
Saturday morning I woke up feeling sick and threw up. But after that I felt good enough to eat some plain toast for breakfast, then headed off to College Park for the UMD-Boston College football game. It took me for-freakin-EVER to find a parking spot, so I just met Kym at the stadium. Since we ended up sucking hardcore, Kym left before the game ended so I walked around to the student section and met up with Jes. After the game, she took me to the dining hall for a while, then we went and hung out at her room for a bit, then I headed off to Miss Heidi's. Saturday night was a BLAST!! We all had some yummmy drinks and excellent food, then after dinner we played Cranium. G showed up a little later and we switched from actually *playing* Cranium to just doing the charade cards. It was a ton of fun.
Sunday I slept in instead of going to church and then when Mom and Grandma got home, they woke me up so we could start our Day O' Shopping. We headed to the DOllar Store for X-mas decorations, then met Dad at Duclaw for lunch. Jes was supposed to join us, too, but she was sick. Sadness. After Duclaw, Mom, Gma and I headed to Deb, then Payless. I got FOUR hot pairs of shoes. LOVE THEM. Then off to Kohl's to find hot jeans and black pants for Jes for wearing out to the bars and in VEGAS!!!! Then off to Target where mom spent another $100 on me for X-mas stuff.
Youth Group was shopping for Warm Nights, which means we all pile into cars and head to Wal-Mart to buy hats, mittens, socks, etc, for the homeless shelter we host at our church during the Christmas season. After that, I went back to College Park to drop off a care package for Jes and check on her. I was going to go to G's, but he was too busy with homework, so I went home. I carried in 15 bags of stuff, 10 of which were X-mas decorations, and it only took me 3 trips. I was going to surprise Kym and Tania when the got home from work today by having the place all decked out for the holidays, but we were watching TV and an X-mas commercial came on and they both went on about how stupid it is to decroate/celebrate/pretty much have anything to do with Christmas when it wasn't even Thanksgiving, so I decided to not decorate after all. Which made me a little sad and kinda hurt my feelings, but I guess it'll be fine.
Today should be pretty good--low-key work day, then home, then dinner with V, then the MD basketball game on TV. I'm looking forward to being in bed by 11:30 again tonight!
