Yesterday turned out to be a rather good day, in spite of my thinking it wasn't one at all.

I had a good, busy day at work, but I was pretty anxious and worried about things all day. I headed out early to get home and see mom and dad. Dinner was excellent, and their house addition is rapidly coming along. They have the subflooring for the addition down already. Wow! Volleyball was ok--I didn't want to push myself too hard since I hurt myself last week (in fact, I am still feeling it today--I think I wrenched my back pretty bad and then aggravated it last night), and I was still feeling anxious. After volleyball, I stopped for gas at a station near a SuperFresh. Every time I have thought about getting George flowers, I have never done it, so last night I finally did. I took him some manly yellow flowers (none of this pink girly stuff for HIM!) and spent some time with him and his sister last night, which did a TON to alleviate my anxiety. Despite getting home late and getting to bed LATE, it was a great night.

Today I drove down to work and got here pretty decently on time. I spent 30 minutes this morning Febreeze-ing all of the mattresses downstairs. I figure that's the closest they'll get to being cleaned, unless someone knows a trick about how to EASILY clean 40 twin sized mattress...yeah, I didn't think so! I also got together a big bag of recycling to take home with me. I've been super busy today getting ready for the weekend. I have 3 groups coming in this weekend, and it's taking a lot of effort and coordination on my part. I'm glad to see that Logistics degree is finally paying off!!
